Travel is resuming and society is returning back to norm. America is slowly turning the corner after Covid 19\u2019s grip. Although the pandemic\u2019s effects are waning, America still has a long way to go for social, economic, and health equity. According to 2015 census data, America\u2019s middle class income gap grew from $29,000 to $189,000 and wages only grew 2.5%. 20% of\u00a0Americans\u00a0owned 86% of the country's\u00a0wealth\u00a0and the bottom 80% of the population owned 14%. Centuries of discrimination and exploitation have left some communities much poorer than other American communities.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Programs focused on wealth gap must address contemporary wealth concentration. Because U.S. wealth is concentrated, post Covid 19 community initiatives must <a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.brookings.edu\/research\/tackling-the-inequality-pandemic-is-there-a-cure\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">integrate social, health, and economic goals<\/a>. Equality is like fairness being applied to all communities regardless of culture, gender identity, or religion. Social, health, or economic inequalities concentrate economic and political resources in just a few hands. When resources are concentrated and controlled by a few people, human, economic, and intellectual capital investments are reduced to specific communities.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Challenges created from these inequalities is economic growth is stymied and health inequities increase. High inequality levels create social costs represented by educational and occupational choices. Second, inequalities produce resource misallocation, social corruption, and adverse consequences. Finally, <a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.scientificamerican.com\/article\/how-the-trust-trap-perpetuates-inequality\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Americans lose confidence<\/a> in public institutions which leads to eroding confidence in future opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Why is the Bh8ve Foundation needed? <a title=\"About\" href=\"https:\/\/bh8ve.org\/staging\/9522\/about\/\">Bh8ve Foundation\u2019s mission<\/a> is to embrace, engage, and empower communities to live a fulfilled life without regard to inequities. This means assuring communities have the knowledge and resources to overcome <a title=\"Social Equity\" href=\"https:\/\/bh8ve.org\/staging\/9522\/about\/services\/social-equity\/\">social inequities<\/a> and <a title=\"Health Equity\" href=\"https:\/\/bh8ve.org\/staging\/9522\/about\/services\/health-equity\/\">health inequities<\/a>. Using this strategic approach allows communities to address health and social inequities using available resources. Second, communities become less reliant on others to support future generations.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
